In a Christian marriage, where both individuals seek to follow Christ in a biblically sound relationship, is birth control (condoms, shots, pills, etc) wrong?

I’m really terrified of going to the dentist on Friday. I can barely breathe through my nose now and if I don’t get better by Friday it may be a really traumatic experience, Having my mouth open for an extended period of time while not being able to breathe through my nose has me really worried. If I can’t breathe my Thursday morning I’m rescheduling.
On that tmi note I bid you a good night.
